DELIVERY INFORMATION

In stock items are normally dispatched same working day before 14:00 hrs. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out on the next working day.

Every item we sell will display if its in stock or not, on the rare occasions we make an error we will notify you as soon as possible and rectify it immediately.

UK Mainland 2-4 Working Days
You should receive the goods 2-4 days after ordering. These are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Tracked service, this is a Monday to Saturday Service. This is only on orders up to 10KG. Any orders over 10KG will need to be sent by 24 Hour Courier

UK Mainland Next Working Day
Orders must be placed and paid in full by 14:00 hrs. We currently use Interlink Express and UK Mail for heavy and bulky items. These companies offer an Express Service around mainland UK. Please bare in mind unless a Saturday surcharge has been paid (*Please call or email us for a quote on urgent orders needing a Saturday delivery*) all orders placed on Fridays are usually delivered on Mondays. Please note that all packages MUST be signed for.

This service unfortunately does NOT include the highlands of Scotland or any offshore Islands. (If you think this includes you please call or email us also for a quote of delivery if your item/s are over 10Kg and you want delivery to the highlands of Scotland or any offshore Islands)

NI, Scottish Highlands & Other Offshore UK Postcodes
This is for orders over 10KG. These deliveries will be sent via Interlink Express and normally take between 2-4 working days. These will need to signed for on delivery.

Europe Delivery (upto 1KG)
European delivery upto 1kg is for smaller items and is sent via Royal Mail international Signed for service which normally take between 3 to 15 days to arrive. You will be emailed with the tracking details of the item once it has been sent.

Worldwide Delivery (upto 1KG)
Worldwide delivery upto 1kg is for smaller items and is sent via Royal Mail international Signed for service which normally take between 3 to 25 days to arrive depending upon the destination. You will be emailed with the tracking details of the item once it has been sent.

We currently do not offer any delivery services to Italy or Brazil.
