WARRANTY

All the goods supplied by Rotec Cycles are backed by a full manufacturers warranty, so if you have a problem just let us know and we will discuss how best to resolve it with you.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. We currently use PAYPAL as a portal for payments, you can pay from your PAYPAL account or via a Credi/Debit card using this method.

DELIVERY

In stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing an order.

Standard Delivery  You should receive the goods 2-5 days after ordering. This is sent with Royal Mail so is a Monday to Saturday Service.

24 Hour Courier We currectly use Interlink Express and UK Mail. These offer a Express Service around the UK.  Couriers unfortunately do not work weekends, so orders placed on Fridays are usually on Mondays. Saturday Delivery Is available for an extra charge.  Please note that all packages need to be signed for.

We list on the site whether we have an item in stock or not, on the rare occasions we make an error we will notify you as soon as possible and rectify it immediately

RETURNS

Here at Rotec Cycles we abide by the distance selling terms and conditions, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days.

In the event of goods returned under warranty or that are incorrectly supplied by ourselves we will refund up to £25 carriage. If you return something (after the 7 days specified by the Distance Selling Regulations) due to incorrect choice or unsuitability then you will have to pay the cost of returning it to us.

PRIVACY

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone.
Any information provided by you will be used for our purposes only. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order uses for delivering specific services to you (ie. the financial institution that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order).
Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies such as direct mail organizations or other third parties unless required by law.
    There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc. We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.

Rotec Cycles do not keep or store credit/debt card or financial detail.
